Every other summer, the MSWG collaborates with a Maine organization or city to put on a stone symposium. These are approximately two-week events where a number of sculptors each set up mobile work-site to transform a raw piece of stone into a finished sculpture. The public is encouraged to come out and see the progress as the artworks take shape. On this page you will find documentation from past events.
